Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad Review! Is It Worth Your Time And Effort?
For the past few years or so, I kept on hearing about this amazing book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
And I know that you might have heard of it as well through a passage from the book that’s being quoted by someone on social platforms like Facebook or Twitter.
It’s still quite a hype up until today that some are labeling it as life-changing. The book has this type of aura that some companies or schools are even suggesting to their workers or students, respectively.
So what’s with all this hype, right? I’ve seen this before when Anthony Robbin’s “Awaken the Giant Within” was first published.
I’m the type of guy that doesn’t give in to such hype that easily, but I went on and finally read the book myself to find out what’s the buzz is all about throughout the years.
If it could add value to myself, and then maybe the attention that this book is getting is justifiable.
Anyway, if you have the same level of curiosity and want to know more about the contents of Kiyosaki’s inspirational book, then this blog is just what you’re looking for!
In this article, I will help you determine whether the book is worth your time and effort or not.
So without any further delays, let’s begin Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad review!

What are the contents of Rich Dad, Poor Dad?
You may be wondering why Robert Kiyosaki named his bestselling work as it is.
Well, it is so because it practically describes two fathers—his father, who is the poor dad, and his best friend’s father, the rich dad.
So in the book, he basically shares his experiences and personal learnings from both dads. And it helped him shaped to become an entrepreneurial giant as we know him today.
Robert provides a powerful message that you don’t need to earn a high income to become rich.
It’s interesting, right? He added that rich people that work for money. Instead, they make money work for them!
I love this bit to tell you honestly because it speaks of commonsense wisdom yet extremely profound idea.
He observed that poor and middle-class citizens are working for money. Some of them have the idea that they could achieve the financial status they so desire when they only work hard sufficiently.
But it simply doesn’t work for a few reasons. Like for example, it doesn’t matter if you’re earning a high income, but if your expenses exceed your earning, then you end up with nothing either way.
So what he’s telling is to pay extra attention to the money you’re able to keep and not necessarily the amount you earn.
Another profound idea in the book that you have to take note of is the ability of rich people to acquire more assets and increase their wealth in the process.
On the other hand, the rich and middle class seem to acquire more liabilities than improve their financial status.
If you want to know if the book is worth your time and effort, then let’s continue further with my Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad review…

So does Rich Dad, Poor Dad lives up to the hype?
Most of us tend to back away when something is trending in social media around the world.
And we do so, and I included, because we feel that it’s just a hype celebrities make to create social media attention. It’s of no value that everybody just wants to jump on the bandwagon.
But here’s one thing I’ve realized—it is that if something is trending or creating hype, then it may be a good product way or the other.
It may not be complete crap, but some may be worth the hype all.
Some of the few examples I could think of is the Harry Potter series, Game of Thrones, Vikings, and Stranger Things, just to name a few of them.
The abovementioned titles got this type because they are indeed good and fun to engage in.
So how about Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad?
Yes, I believe so…
As you can see from above, you can see from the previous section, the contents are pretty good and can definitely provide you fresh new ideas and inspire you to become a better entrepreneur.
I hope my Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad review has provided you sufficient information about the book and helped you in determining whether you should get a copy or not.
Either way, I highly recommend this book for entrepreneurs that are just beginners, experienced business people, or those just looking for any sort of motivation that could give them a huge boost to push through.
It’s a very solid book that can definitely help you improve yourself and how you see the entrepreneurial landscape in general.
The only thing that bothers me is the fillers. It’s a thick book, but just a lot of fillers.
Overall it’s an impressive book, and a must-have! Therefore, we’re giving it a 7.9/10 rating.
Well, I guess that is just about everything!
